This is just a partial list. I have many recipes and lots of resources for finding new ones. If you do not see something you want, just ask me. Or give me a copy of an old favorite and I will see what I can do!
I specialize in using as many organic and local ingredients as possible, rotating my menus with the seasons. I am able to cook for vegetarians, carnivores, omivores, people on gluten free and/or dairy free diets. If you think these menu items do not fit your personal needs, talk with me.
