    This is just a partial list. I have many recipes and lots of resources for finding new ones. If you do not see something you want, just ask me. Or give me a copy of an old favorite and I will see what I can do!

    I specialize in using as many organic and local ingredients as possible, rotating my menus with the seasons. I am able to cook for vegetarians, carnivores, omnivores, as well as people on gluten free and/or dairy free diets.

    Fall Favorites

    Chicken Noodle soup – pasture raised chicken, organic vegetables and whole wheat noodles ( gluten free available if needed)
    Thai Coconut Milk soup with shrimp or chicken – coconut milk, Thai spices, greens
    Creamy Winter Squash Bisque – cream or coconut milk and roasted winter squash, herbs and spices, sweetened with a bit of apple or pear
    Minestrone – Classic Italian comfort full of fresh veggies, greens, beans, with or without pasta

    Grated Beets and Carrots
    Pecan crusted chicken tenders, Salad with Tangy Maple dressing
    Seaweed Salad – kelp noodles, various kind of seaweed, shredded carrots, ginger/miso dressing
    Emerald City Salad – delicious salad from Seattle’s PCC ( long standing food co-op) includes kale, seasonal veggies, wild rice, garbanzo beans and a caesar style dressing

    Roasted  Vegetables
    Root vegetable Gratin – variety of seasonal root veggies, sauce of either cream or tahini for a nondairy version
    Wild Rice stuffed Acorn Squash – stuffed with seasonal veggies, wild rice, dried cranberries, herbs
    Braised Red Cabbage
    Brussels Sprouts sauteed with Bacon
    Celery Root Mash – potatoes, celery root, butter

    Maple Pepper Glazed Roasted Chicken
    Cubano Pork Tenderloin – just like a Cuban sandwich without the bread. Tenderloin stuffed with ham, cheese, mustard and pickles.
