Spring!

Spring is almost here. Clocks will be moved forward, rainy season will end, and it will be time to brighten up our diets as our days brighten. Call me for a consultation about eating some cleansing food, capturing the energy of the season in our daily meals. Vegetables such as asparagus, peas, and lettuces come into season. We can begin to eat more raw food such as salads again. Let me help you leave the winter blahs behind. 

Gluten Free Baked Goods

For Life! Personal Chef services is now offering gluten free pastries at Lulu Carpenter’s Cafes in Santa Cruz and at the Capitola Book Cafe. Items are delivered fresh twice a week and include such items as cinnamon bun muffins, blackberry scones, chocolate brownies, and oatmeal date cookies. Treat yourself to a really good cup of coffee or tea and a healthy treat.
